General Information

What brands do you carry?

We carry top luxury brands and everyday brands at the best prices on the market, from Calvin Klein to Ralph Lauren to Tommy Hilfiger, and so many more! All our garments are 100% authentic, and our team conducts meticulous quality checks before shipping any item to ensure it is of the highest quality.

What do I do if an item is out of stock?

You can still favorite an out-of-stock item to keep track of it. You can also message our team about it to see if we have information about restock dates.

How do I track an order?

To track an order, check your email confirmation for the order trucking number or you can download Shop App to Track your Order.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship domestically throughout the United States and Internationally only to Armenia.

How long before you ship out my order?

Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, with a 2 PM Pacific Standard Time cutoff. Orders placed before the cutoff are shipped the same day. Please allow a slight delay during peak periods.

How much is shipping?

We are proud to offer free shipping on all domestic orders! International orders going to Armenia will cost $5 if the total order amount is below $40. For $40 or more order shipping to Armenia will qualify for Free Shipping.

Who is your shipping carrier?

We use USPS & UPS as our shipping carrier for most orders.

Do you take returns?

Since customer satisfaction is our priority, we do accept returns within 30 days of shipping if you’re unhappy. We also offer a discount coupon and extra points for a future purchase if you are willing to keep the product.

There are some exclusions for returns, however. We will NOT accept returns on the following items:

  • Swimwear
  • Intimate Bottoms
  • Perishables
  • Health & Beauty
  • Final Sale

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, GPay, American Express, ApplePay and Shopify Pay.

Do you offer buy now, pay later options?

Yes! On any order over $50.00, you can opt into ShopPay by Affirm. When you select this option, you can split your payment into four interest-free installments!

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! We offer e-gift cards in increments of $25, $50, $100, and $250 so your loved ones can shop our amazing products for themselves.

Measuring Yourself

When it comes to measuring yourself or your child for this designer size chart, please follow these instructions:

  • Height: Stand straight and measure from the base of your heel to the top of your head.
  • Bust: Measure around your chest at the widest point for an accurate clothing size guide.
  • Waist: Measure yourself around the narrowest part of your stomach.
  • Hips: Measure your hips around your widest point.

  • Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Enjoy a seamless shopping experience with no additional costs for delivery!

  • Shipping to Armenia: 
    • All shipments will be shipped via HayPost, which is expected to deliver withing 7-10 Business Days.
    • At this time, all orders over $40 will qualify for Free Shipping, all orders less than $40 will be flat fee of $5.
    • All orders cut off time is on Monday and 3pm PST, all products go on Plane every Tuesday.
    • All Shipments Ship directly from our Los Angeles Warehouse to Armenia.
    • There are no sales tax charges for orders from Armenia.
    • Please note, orders placed from Armenia are considered final and cannot be returned.

    Returns Policy: We accept returns on products within 30 days of the purchase date. For detailed information, please refer to our complete Shipping and Return policies.

     

  • Please Note: While we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every order, certain items are excluded from our return policy due to health, hygiene, and final sale considerations. The following items cannot be returned:

    • International Orders from Armenia: Please note, orders placed from Armenia are considered final and cannot be returned.
