RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Buy Outlet, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, please review the policy below before starting a return.
RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In the same condition as received
- In their original packaging with all tags intact
Please include your order confirmation or packing slip with your return shipment.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Go to our Returns Portal
- Click Start a Return
- Choose the appropriate return reason
- Submit your return request
Once your return is approved, you will receive your return shipping label by email.
If you purchased Checkout+, your return label will be provided for free.
If you did not purchase Checkout+, you will be responsible for the cost of your return label.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions by email.
RETURN FEES & DEDUCTIONS
To continue offering you discounted, outlet-level pricing, we operate with reduced margins. Most retailers build the cost of "free returns" directly into their prices — so customers end up paying for those returns whether they use them or not. We do things differently. By keeping return costs transparent and separate, we're able to offer you the lowest possible prices every day. 💛
Because each returned item requires additional inspection, repackaging, and restocking before it can be resold, all approved returns are subject to the following deductions:
- 20% restocking fee (calculated from the item subtotal)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified by email of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5 business days after processing. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, and final-sale reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Swimwear
- Intimate bottoms
- Perishable goods
- Health & beauty products
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Opened or used items
- International orders (including all orders shipped to Armenia)
These exclusions help protect our customers and ensure product integrity for everyone.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — ideally within 3 days of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders, including all orders shipped to Armenia, Australia, Canada,, Germany, Mexico, United Kingdom are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for international orders.
Customers are solely responsible for confirming that the products ordered may be lawfully imported into the destination country and for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, handling charges, or other international shipping-related charges.
International delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buy Outlet is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, border inspections, import restrictions, carrier disruptions, local delivery issues, weather, political events, or other circumstances outside our control.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, returned due to nonpayment of customs fees, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order will remain non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once an international order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
