Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please include your order confirmation or packing slip with your return.

How to Start a Return

Log in to your account and navigate to Your Orders
Select the order you wish to return
Click Request Return
Choose the appropriate return reason
Add notes if needed
Submit your return request

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Fees & Deductions

To continue offering discounted and outlet-level pricing, we operate with reduced margins. Due to increasing shipping, handling, and labor processing costs, returned items require additional inspection, repackaging, and restocking before they can be resold.

For this reason, all approved returns are subject to the following deductions:

20% restocking fee (calculated from the item subtotal)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and final-sale considerations, the following items are not eligible for return:

Swimwear
Intimate bottoms
Perishable goods
Health & beauty products
Items marked Final Sale
Opened or used items
International orders from Armenia (final sale)

These exclusions help protect our customers and ensure product integrity.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item following our return policy.

International Orders (Armenia)

While we ship internationally to Armenia, returns from outside the United States are not accepted, including orders shipped to Armenia. All such orders are considered final sale.
