SHIPPING & HANDLING

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided during the ordering process. This email will include your shipment tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please get in touch with our customer service team, and we'll promptly provide your shipping details.

The shipping methods available to you depend on the items you purchase and the delivery location. At checkout, you will be asked to select a shipping method. Your total shipping costs, calculated based on the method you choose, will be displayed automatically before you finalize your order.

Please note that our business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding federal holidays in the U.S. Cut off time is at 2pm Pacific Standard Time.

Our efficient packaging and shipping strategies allow us to maintain low costs, passing the savings onto you. Most items are dispatched in a poly-mailer, instead of a fancily wrapped box, saving unnecessary costs.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Box addresses, we utilize USPS.

The Three-Day service (UPS Three-Day Select) takes three business days to arrive, excluding Sundays.

A USPS carrier will handle deliveries to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territory addresses.

Domestic shipments will be provided a delivery confirmation and/or tracking number.

Orders are processed once payment has been cleared and usually shipped Same Day (Monday - Saturday) with 2pm Pacific Standard Time Cut off.

At this time, we offer free shipping on all orders in the United States. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • At this time we only ship to Armenia.
  • All shipments will be shipped via HayPost, which is expected to deliver withing 7-10 Business Days.
  • All sales on International sales are final and we do not accept Returns.
  • At this time, all orders over $40 will qualify for Free Shipping, all orders less than $40 will be flat fee of $5.
  • All orders cut off time is on Monday and 3pm PST, all products go on Plane every Tuesday.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number through Shop App.

In case you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. 

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at contact@buyoutlet.com.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed also by Shop APP.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available, please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

Taxes

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
