SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

At Buy Outlet, we work to process and ship every order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our streamlined packaging and shipping strategy keeps costs low so we can pass the savings on to you — that's why most items ship in a poly-mailer instead of a fancy box.
PROCESSING TIME
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
- Business days: Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are typically shipped the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are typically shipped the next business day
Orders are processed once payment has been cleared.
SHIPPING RATES (UNITED STATES)

- Orders $50.00 and up: FREE standard shipping 🎉
- Orders under $50: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the carrier service you select (FedEx, USPS, or UPS).
You'll see all available shipping options and their exact rates on the checkout page before you complete your order — no surprises.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY (UNITED STATES)
Carriers and services available:
- FedEx — Ground and priority options available
- USPS — Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and other services nationwide. USPS is used for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Box addresses
- UPS — Ground and other services
All domestic shipments include delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship internationally to the following countries via UPS International:

How international shipping works
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and the UPS service you select.
- Available services may include UPS Worldwide Expedited (faster), UPS Worldwide Saver (standard), and UPS Standard (ground for Canada/Mexico, lowest cost).
- Estimated delivery times vary by destination — UPS will display the estimate at checkout.
🛃 Customs, duties, and import taxes
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and any other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and they are not collected by Buy Outlet. They are charged separately by the carrier or customs authority when your package arrives in your country.
- UPS or your local customs office will contact you directly to collect these fees before releasing your package for final delivery.
- Duty and tax amounts vary by country, product type, and order value. We are unable to estimate these charges — please check with your local customs office if you need an estimate before ordering.
- If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and your package is returned to us or abandoned, you will not be refunded for the order or the original shipping cost.
❌ International orders are FINAL SALE
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective (see "Damaged or Defective Items" in our Return Policy).
Once your international order ships, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs processing
- Packages held, seized, or returned by customs authorities
- Unpaid duties or taxes resulting in package return or abandonment
- Carrier delays, damage, or loss during international transit (claims must be filed directly with UPS)
SHIPMENTS TO ARMENIA 🇦🇲
- Shipped via HayPost
- Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after shipment
- Free shipping on all orders to Armenia
- Cut-off for weekly Armenia shipments: Mondays at 2:00 PM PST. All Armenia-bound orders are flown out every Tuesday.
- All shipments to Armenia are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order through the Shop App.
Please note: It can take 1–2 days after shipment before the tracking number becomes active in the courier's system. International tracking updates may appear less frequently than domestic (especially during customs processing), but your package is still in transit. Your estimated delivery date remains valid regardless of when tracking updates appear.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our customer service team and we'll promptly provide your shipping details.
DELIVERY TIMES
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
ORDER CHANGES
If you need to make changes to your order (address correction, item swap, etc.), please notify us immediately via our website chat. We move quickly to process orders, so changes may not be possible once your order has entered the shipping queue.
International orders cannot be modified after submission due to customs documentation requirements.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
For domestic U.S. orders: If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with your household, neighbors, or building manager — carriers sometimes leave packages in alternate locations.
- Contact the courier directly (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) to locate your shipment.
- If the issue isn't resolved, please contact our team through our website chat (fastest) or email us at support@buyoutlet.com.
For international orders: Please first contact UPS in your country directly — they have the most accurate and up-to-date information about your shipment. If UPS cannot resolve the issue, contact our customer service team for further assistance.
TAXES
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all applicable orders within the United States. Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.
International orders: Import duties, VAT, GST, and other taxes are charged separately by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. See "International Delivery" above for details.
